Booking
Sessions are booked individually through the online scheduling system. Ongoing lesson times are not reserved unless specifically agreed in writing.
Coaching Packages
4-Pack: valid for 120 days
8-Pack: valid for 180 days
Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Each session may be rescheduled once.
Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed sessions, and no-shows are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
Health & Wellbeing
Clients who are unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness are encouraged to request an online session where appropriate.
Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies continue to apply in cases of illness.
Loss of voice does not automatically require cancellation. Sessions can often be adapted to focus on vocal health, practice planning, musicianship, repertoire work, listening and analysis, or other non-singing activities.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically each month and may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the next billing date.
Refunds
Coaching sessions, consultations, packages, memberships, workshops, courses, and digital products are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Booking a session, purchasing a package, or joining a membership indicates acceptance of these terms.
